Aluminum cans packaged foods can lead to excess

According to a World Health Organization study
1/ the average aluminum intake of residents is 34 mg per day.
2/ whereas the per kilogram of body weight daily intake of aluminum should not exceed more than 1 mg.
3/ That raises the question of how we can avoid an excessive intake of aluminum metal in our daily life?

Zhongshan University School of Public Health, Nutrition Department Professor Jiang Zhuoqin said aluminum elements are not required as trace elements. Instead they are used as an additive in foods, an additive to improve the effect of flavour.
Daily elements of aluminum food sources, or from food additives, or from the packaging material will be eluted from the inside. some foods with aluminum in them will produce more aluminum.
According to reports, expanded food such as noodles, fried dough sticks, chemical agents to work baking bread, flour additives and flour gluten agent will lead to excessive intake of aluminum. That is due to the packaging materials, aluminum pots, aluminum boxes, or aluminum makers.

When loading container food, aluminum dissolution is possible.
For long-term storage of food in aluminum case or in aluminum saucepan, it is best not to have aluminum products containing acidic, alkaline and salty foods.

It is worth mentioning that in general, the cans made of aluminum alloy, those kept in wall safe storage such as beverage cans and other food contact, need be have a layer of protective coating,
In such a process, it is inevitable that some places may not be coated with a protective coating or coated too thinly.
If this is the case this can result in the beverage increasing itself gradually ( due to contact with the aluminum in the can).
The less children and the elderly drink from beverage cans, the better. This is especially true of children in their development stages. Of course the most important thing is a nutritionally balanced diet.
